Linda is an excellent real estate agent. She knows the South Texas area better than I do and was able to find me a home in the specific part of the city I wanted to live in. Additionally, she was able to help me get an offer accepted on our second go around, which in the real estate market of 2022 is unbelievable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area.

We have known Linda Garza for a long time and although we had many other Realtors to choose from to help us sell our home, we didn't hesitate to contact Linda for this task. She is a hard-working, honest, knowledgeable Realtor who has the seller's interest at heart throughout the transaction. Our house needed numerous repairs, and during the process she kept us informed of the market conditions and recent sales to arrive at the best price possible when it was ready to be listed. She communicated regularly and even though she was on a pre-planned vacation during our closing, Linda kept in touch to ensure the closing went smoothly. Linda was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. We had dealt with a previous realtor from a different company, but were not impressed -- Linda turned things around and got us back on track. I highly recommend her and plan to enlist her help again when buying another property.

Linda Garza was a great help to us in the sale of our home in San Antonio. We met with her before the process started and she provided us with guidance on what items we should consider removing from the home prior to listing, which helped us to decide it would be best for us to move out of the home and have it cleaned and staged for the listing. She provided us with frequent feedback on comments on our home during the listing period which helped us to better understand reasons that we might need to adjust our asking price to compensate for perceived deficiencies on the part of prospective buyers. This was particularly helpful since we had listed our home in mid-September and were hoping to sell the property before the end-of-year holiday season. Linda offered us guidance on the benefit of an initial modest reduction in the asking price and a second, larger reduction as the Thanksgiving Holiday approached. These reductions produced a purchase offer, which through a counter offer on our part resulted in the prospective buyers increasing their offering price to a more acceptable level and the maximum amount they had been qualified by their lender to offer for a prospective home purchase. Prior to closing, she was extremely helpful in locating and coordinating the work of several contractors who were required to address some deficiencies noted in the pre-purchase inspection. She willingly spent many hours lining up, admitting and, ins dome cases, paying contractors (for later reimbursement by us) to fix the deficiencies since we had vacated to our new home in another state prior to the home being listed. Without Linda's diligent efforts, it is unlikely that our house would have been ready to close by the week after Thanksgiving. We successfully sold our home for about 8% less than our original offering price. Given the fact that the home lacked a couple feature that many prospective buyers were expecting, the monthly charges for utilities, taxes, staging and the loan on our new home, and the fact that we were able to close on the sale of our home less than three months after it was first listed, we felt we probably sold the home for as much, or quite possibly more, than we would have netted had we not followed Linda's guidance and had to keep the home listed for several more months. Linda's advice, guidance and assistance with the pre-closing repairs were first rate and resulted in the sale of our home at an acceptable price within the time frame we hoped for.

Hard working and will do anything to make sure you get the right home for you and your family. She had timely responses to all of our questions and concerns. She is personable and timely with the entire process. This was my second time purchasing a home and her assistance was worth excellent.
